These ToU define the conditions under which the Publisher makes the TRIPNBUSINESS platform and associated services available to Users, including:
Access to the Platform is reserved for adults or duly authorised legal representatives of legal entities. The User declares having full legal capacity to accept these ToU.
Access to Platform features requires the creation of a personal account. The User agrees to:
The User is responsible for all activities carried out from their account. Any connection made using a User’s credentials is presumed to have been made by that User.
The Platform offers security mechanisms including OTP (One-Time Password) verification by email, a “Remember me” option and password reset by email. Inactive sessions expire automatically to protect account security.
The Publisher endeavours to ensure Platform availability 24/7. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or force majeure. The Publisher cannot be held liable for the consequences of temporary unavailability.
Registration for an event is completed via the multi-step form on the public website. Registration is confirmed subject to full payment or a deposit, according to the terms defined for each event.
The Platform distinguishes between several participant categories: standard attendee, exhibitor, VIP and VVIP. Each category may provide access to specific services and pricing as defined by the event organiser.
A registration may be pending, confirmed or cancelled. The Publisher reserves the right to cancel a registration in the event of non-payment, confirmed fraud or breach of these ToU.
Cancellation and refund conditions are defined for each event and communicated to the User before finalising registration. In the event of cancellation at the User’s initiative, refund terms depend on the notice period and the event-specific rules.
The Platform offers an electronic wallet allowing the User to manage funds in EUR and XOF. Users can check their balance, view transaction history and make top-ups, transfers and payments within events.
The User may top up their wallet by credit/debit card or via PayPal. Preset amounts are available (from €5 to €250). The EUR/XOF conversion rate is displayed in real time before any transaction, and a summary is shown before final confirmation.
Each transaction is subject to confirmation and a receipt. The Publisher maintains a viewable history of all transactions (top-ups, payments, transfers, refunds).
The User may save one or more payment cards on the Platform. Card data is processed securely. The User may set a default card, edit or delete saved cards at any time.
Refunds are processed in accordance with the conditions defined for each event. In the event of a dispute, the User may contact the Publisher’s customer support. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or credited to the User’s wallet, as applicable.
The Publisher implements all necessary technical and organisational measures to secure financial transactions. Any suspicious activity may result in temporary account suspension pending verification.
The mobile app gives access to the detailed event programme, organised by day and activity type (ceremony, panel, masterclass, networking, break, visit, meal, etc.). Users can add sessions to their personal agenda and sync it with their phone’s calendar.
The Platform includes a B2B meeting management module allowing Users to plan, modify and track professional meetings with other participants. Users can view participant profiles, access associated documents, add personal notes and set reminders, and contact counterparts via LinkedIn or phone.
Users have access to a directory of participants registered for the event, subject to each participant’s privacy settings. They may search for participants, view profiles, send meeting requests and scan a participant’s badge using the app’s built-in QR Code reader.
The app features a QR Code system for on-site check-in, QR Code payment and contact exchange. Users can display their own QR Code / badge from within the app.
The City Guide provides practical information and points of interest in the event’s host city: partner hotels, recommended restaurants, available transport, tourist attractions and emergency information. Each location can be viewed on an interactive map.
The Platform optionally offers the purchase of an E-SIM for the event destination. Users can purchase, activate and manage their E-SIM directly from the app, monitor data consumption and top up. This service is provided in partnership with third-party operators and subject to their terms.
The app sends push notifications for meeting reminders, received messages and event news. Users can configure their notification preferences from their profile and disable any or all communications at any time.
The User agrees to use the Platform fairly, in accordance with these ToU, applicable laws and regulations, and the rights of third parties. In particular, Users may not:

The User will be notified of any material change by email and/or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated ToU. These ToU constitute the entire agreement between the Publisher and the User and supersede all prior agreements relating to the subject matter defined herein.
Should any provision of these ToU be declared null or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The Publisher’s failure to enforce any provision of these ToU shall not be construed as a waiver of the right to enforce it at a later date.
